Dr. Wilson is an anesthesiologist, fellowship trained in interventional pain management. He offers diagnostic and therapeutic injections, intradiscal therapies, radiofrequency lesioning, and implantation of spinal cord stimulation  and spinal infusion systems. He volunteers as an Assistant Clinical Professor of  Anesthesiology for the UCSD Pain Program, teaches in the spinal injection  courses sponsored by ISIS* and has presented the Medtronics spinal cord  stimulation courses.

He is presently involved in creation of the ISIS  guidelines for spinal injection procedures to be published this fall. He
is board certified, with the “Qualification in Pain Management” by the American  Board of Anesthesiology and by the American Board of Pain Medicine. He is a fellow, by examination, of the International Spinal Injection Society.

Dr. Wilson earned his medical degree from Stanford University and completed an internship in Internal Medicine at the Los Angeles County Harbor/UCLA Medical Center. He completed his anesthesiology residency at Stanford University Medical Center and his fellowship in Pain Management at the Pain Consortium of Greater Kansas City. He is a qualified Medical Evaluator and serves as an Agreed Medical Evaluator in worker?s compensation cases.
