Dr. Greenfield is an orthopedic surgeon who specializes in sports medicine and orthopedic surgery. In addition to his position with the Center’s orthopedics team, Dr Greenfield is board certified.

Dr. Greenfield received his undergraduate degree from Stanford University and his medical degree from
U.C.L.A. in 1967. Dr. Greenfield completed a one-year internship in internal medicine and residencies in general surgery and orthopedic surgery from 1968-1975. He was in the Army from 1969-1971.

His professional affiliations include San Diego Medical Society, Western Orthopedic Association, California Orthopedic Association, American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, Arthroscopy Association of North America, and CMA.
